Shipping Method Explanation

Note: Due to the irregular sizes and shapes of the items we carry, shipping costs are extremely difficult to calculate. Compounding the problem is that we use both UPS Ground and FedEx Ground depending on which method is cheaper.

After we calculate the shipping costs for an order we send the buyer an email detailing the costs, and explaining any alternatives.
