Desc.: These Trays come with a 5 year warranty This versatile co-polymer polypropolene stock box/tote tray combines dimensional stability, light weight and excellent release characteristics into an easily used, long lasting multi-purpose tray. Cross stack locking feature enables use as a cooling/drying tray and enhances use as a retarder tray. Virtually indestructible in normal use, the BB-2026/5.5 broad temperature tolerance has proven especially useful in the confectionery industry and also for use in the bakery industry as a dough retarder and transport tray. These Polypropylene proof-retard and transport boxes along with our plastic dough scrapers combine dimensional stability, light weight, and excellent release characteristics into easily used, long-lasting, multi-purpose containers and scrapers. There is a 5 year pro-rated warranty when used in conjunction with our Dough Scrapers (W-DS-1 or W-DS-2).
